ho Makes Editorial Decisions?
The Managing Editor assigns each paper to an Associate Editor.
Associate editors choose referees, and make editorial decisions,
based on the double-blind refereeing process
to insure impartiality and high quality. The editors will make every
effort to provide referee reports and a decision within 4 months of
receipt of each manuscript. Authors are encouraged to contact the
assigned Associate Editor to inquire about the status of their
manuscripts.
